Spark Rail

So, I have assembled two spark rails both with two gaps, outside of the chambers wired up and connected to 3 point electric ignitor all gaps spark very efficiently, however when inserted into chambers the sparker favors one rail over the other. There are no earthing issues I'm aware of.
Both rails do work just not in unison.
Is there a possibility that the orange cable conduit and black plastic irritigation I'm using are conductive? That's the only thing I can think of, I don't even need to complete the circuit for the rail to spark inside the chamber, that's blowing my mind.
