I made this new integrated body. Check for more at the pictures.

New! now with thumb reload button. Check vid and pics

This homemade gun shoots 0.12gram bb balls at around 280miles/h. (450km/h) It works on a 1.5 liter coke bottle at 5bar operating pressure. It can shoot about 40 times on this bottle. It also has a gravity fed magazine. I also have a system to make sure that the balls dont roll out of the barrel and that there are no double feeds. At the moment I am working on a automatic airsoft gun which recocks on the pressure of the bottle as well; just like an uzi. So inother words this gun still needs to be recocked manually.

Plz respond to this gun as I am eager to hear from ya! If I get enough reactions I will post the plan to this airsoftgun.

materails used on this gun:
*8mm aluminium pipe (6mm on the inside>barrel)
*10mm aluminium pipe (8mm on the inside)
*12mm copperpipe (10mm on the inside)
*screw with a head about 9 mm in diameter
*spring from a soappump (about 50mm long)>the stronger it is the smaller ur dwell time is
*solder equipment and solder
*10mm and 8mm drill
*90 degrees solder corners (2x)
*1-2mm thickness nail (2x)
*spring or elastic band to pull the barrel back
*for the trigger I would first try to use a simple trigger for testing purpuses
*o-ring (about 10.5-11 mm in diameter>too big for the copperpipe, so u have to really push it in like u c on my video

New idea for an automatic airgun which works on a similar principle:

The air fittings to the coke bottle. I made a smaller hole in the cap then that of the tube. U push the tube in and then insert a bit bigger pip at the back of the cap. This fitting is self sealing as the higher the pressure the more force outwards>tighter fit.

any details of the internals, are you using a blowgun as a main valve?

What kind of valve do you use? I like the desgin alot. And is the gravity magzine just a pipe with bbs in the barrel or did you used a bolt?

I'm responding.

A few cosmetic changes could do it justice (such as a paintjob), but it is a nice piece. Have you considered replacing the coke bottle and putting a lot more pressure into it?

Plans would be wonderful. It may have something in it that is completely innovative (which we tend to like).

This type of gun is a barrel bolt type of gun. So the loading hole is open when it is cocked. When the trigger is pulled the loading hole closes bc the barrel moves backwards. When the barrel is totally backwards it hits the valve and gives some highpressure air. Like this the airgun is really efficient and shoots at high velocity. I will post a pic of the mechism later.

Looks are a bit too ghetto for my tastes, but it's clearly more sophisticated than that inside - I'd like to know more.

Some tips for the video:

-Never say "The Best *****" for a couple of reasons:
  • - It almost certainly isn't, there have been a lot of different projects.
    - It sounds pretty bigheaded
    - It will annoy other people, because you've come along and just trashed their cannons without even looking at them.
- Don't put white text over a flash photo, it makes it very hard to read.
- If you want text that isn't over a photo, insert an all black picture as a background rather than the horrible default blue Windows movie maker uses.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

I know I havent spent too much time on making the movie. I will make a better one soon. Further, I didnt say it was the best of all. It is the best one I made since a while. I have been working on these airguns for the past 5 years. But I finally found the place where to share thoughts about ehm. I think I have revolutionary ideas for these guns, as I havent seen any like ehm before. SO I will make more pictures soon of all the internals. So yeah I didnt want u guys to feel disgusted by my work>ragnarok.

yeah I made the wooden body by myself. The design was taken from the internet from a rubberband shooting gun. Its like a sandwich from wood with the internals inside.

Well, in that case, say "My best..."
Nobody's likely to disagree with that.

im guessing that you were going for a AK-47 design? it sounds like you have a pretty sophisticated semi-auto shooting system and a nice paint job would be nice.

p.s. duct tape=ghetto
glue=nice!
