ok i am tired of lugging around my air compressor whenever i want to shoot my bbmg any free alternatives?

A regulated CO2 setup may be in order, if you're willing to put out the money to buy a nice regulator and are willing to refill the tanks (by either pumping them up yourself with air or taking them to a pball shop). You could also use a scuba tank, regulated down. You may want to just buy a small 5 gallon tank and pump it up yourself. The real only "free" alternative is to just use the ol'elbow grease which probably won't work with your bbmg.

Free alternatives? That depends on what you have lying around already. As for completely free, the best you can hope for is the ~2psi that your lungs output.

Simple! Steal some babies from their strollers. Feed them bread and water, giving them occasional dead rats to keep their strength up. Once they reach the age of 7, you may begin using them to power multiple bike pumps. Chain them together so they don't escape, and whip them often. They love it. Also, make sure they do not ever stop working. It's totally free because they will find their own food, be it mice, dirt, or plants.
