i am going to make this in rifle form exept attaching it right to feed i am going to use a blowgun to control flow and work as a trigger. he says he shoots it at 30 bar what is that psi? i am going to get an old airsoft gun and sand it out with a mag and a 300mm barrel
also what size brass fitting does a tightbore airsoft barrel go into?

Hm ok ... yes its possible but you might wanna modify the blowguns spring into a better one so that you can tap it fast and get multiple shoots... im not sure your gonna be able to do full auto... maybe you could get 4-5 shots out of a modded blowgun
As for the barrel... hm not sure the only close barrel to a bb that my plubming shops carry is 6.5 which can be soldered or compressed with a compression fitting ... I dunno really just go to your plumbing shop with a bb and choose a fititng that suits your need...
goodluck
btw 14.5 psi = 1 bar... < next time USE GOOGLE
EDIT: glad you dropped the 500,600,700,800 fps on rubber ball idea...

30 bar is low pressure? I haven't even seen you post a gun that even comes close to skimming on that.
Honestly. Google it.

would you make a stock for it? because i recon you could make a nice looking and working gun.
He uses a compressor so i couldn't be that potable so you could use regged HPA.

I don't know if he has access to a HPA setup. By the way have you posted any guns Colty? I can't remember seeing any..
Note that even when I have the tank on 30 bar, the working pressure of the gun is 8, as the popoff pops out at 8 bar.

psycix wrote:"He" is right here. What do you need to know?

Psycix: How much of the faster cycling (in the video) is due to the higher pressure in the HPA tank versus the fridge compressor, and how much is due to the much higher flow rate of the HPA tank? It's the high flow rate that actually gives the higher cycle rate isn't it?

Sorry Mateo, but I can think of several people who have made far more ghetto guns than colty-bear..
