i basicly got this idea from http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=148& just so no one is accusing me of claming the idea for my own.

i got ALLOT of help from Joel from http://www.spudtech.com/default.asp it was both our first times making a bb machine gun so it was fun lol.

i think i did a 1/2 decent job on this one but coldove been better if ide of rly wanted.

Does that still use the vortex block like kaneda's original design? If so I have a question. I have been attempting to remake that partictular gun but I have a problem. None of the stores here have that 2" plug that everyone uses to house the vortex assembly. Not even the plumbing shops. It doesnt look like you used one either. What did you use? One more thing what is that fat piece of vertical pipe between the trigger and the bottom of the tee? One last thing what type of hosing did you run through the gun? Thanks I know its much but any help would be appreciated (especially in the way of housing that damn vortex block!)

1) yes it uses a vortext block and not made of that cheep bondo junk which will adventually break appart from all the high pressures swirling the bb round ripping it apart slowly but steadly. i didnt use a plug i had a male and female threded one so that if the block ever needed to be accesed it could be easly without cutting the gun appart.
2) which one the one with the 2x T's or the one with the T & the L well w/e they are both the same they are 1" cupplings its just the 2x T one is cut down to fit into the gap snuggly.
3) originally i was goina use normal hose throught the thing but when joel and i started to look at it we noticed that the hose would bent and be reduced to mutch at the top so then we switched all the valves and now use a 1/4" ID hose and is pressure rated to 300+ psi. we ran the house through the hose adaptor into the actual 1" barrel then down to the blowgun, then out the other side of the blow gun and behind the hose connection valve up to the last connection which was tapped directly into the vortext block so its much greater air flow.

Wait did you use 1" pvc to make the body?

by Spyider
yes this one is all 1" pvc and a 1/4 ID aluminum barrel. The Vortext block was laithed down at joel's to fit inside the screw on cap for quick access.

Well thanks for the ideas! Im going to use 3/4" pvc for the body though. And wood for the vortex block because it will be an airsoft gun. Thanks a billion.
