England is notorious for expensive and hard-to-get PVC pipe and fittings. I would make a combustion over a ball-valved pneumatic.
Though a mini copper pneumatic would look very nice.
It's your choice, if Knoobill wants to make a combustion let him make one guys.
If you do know how to solder/use epoxy I would recommend making a mini copper pneumatic. England is notorious for huge supplies of copper and rather cheap QEV's.
