Which essentially means the same thing ;) yes, I googled it, but after all, an aptitude for research is an indicator of a good education. I actually do know a bit of latin, I studied the basics at uni and my father is actually fluent in it (because he was studying to become a priest before he met mom :D)

I actually got the same answer as you first time round but found another meaning thanks to google :D

The only latin I know:

Sors salutis Fate is against me
et virtutis in health
michi nunc contraria, and virtue,
est affectus driven on
et defectus and weighted down,
semper in angaria. always enslaved.

From the song O' Fortuna - Carmina Burana - Carl Orff

I'm sure ya'll familiar with it if you heard it.

lovely bit of music, with that in the background you can make even the most mundane tasks - like cleaning out your workship - seem like an epic drama :D

Haha I must remember not to post in threads JSR may respond to at 12am, my parents aren't too fond of my laughing at this time of night.

I've always loved it from Ozzy Osbourne concerts when it was used as an intro before the song 'I Don't Know' from back in the Randy Rhoads years('80-'82).

Speaking of which it was his birthday four days ago, he would be 51.

Sorry about the late reply but Spudfiles went down for a moment last night around 12am so I hit the sack and saved my message to note pad.

I had tested it a while ago, performance is about the same as a burst disk valve.

Hey i just posted but my internet went down :( I calculated that it will take 0.00043 seconds for a marble of 1 cm diamter to pass the piston. > a=F/mass > F=pressure*area (pressure 300 psi). Is it really possible to shoots mutiple balls if they fly past the piston at this high speeds? Have u tried shooting multiple balls controlled, bc I think this may be a big problem.
