iv got all the parts for this just need to know, do you think that a solid lead bar would be alright for the shaft part or would it be better to cut o-ring groves in nuts and thread them on a peace of all thread.

To fix that, use some epoxy or JB between the nut threads and bolt threads to seal it.

Hi, I made a stainless steel rod with a spring(20psi) in the end of the rod and works very nice, but i have a problem with the quick exhaust valve part, i dont have any idea how it is inside, i mean; what parts are necessary in order to work as the one of the video?

The valve is basically the pilot for a piston valve, explained in great detail here., it woild be hooked up to tje port marked "P" in the diagram below (where "R" would be your barrel and "A" your chamber")
You can make your own or purchase oneready made.

You could save yourself a lot of work and heartache by simply purchasing a Qucik Exhaust Valve and 3-way valve from eBay, but kudos if you decide to "roll your own" and succeed.
