Anyone can make a tutorial and I'll be happy, it's a flash one that talks to you that I'll goo over.
Yes, I am the guy that owns & operates SpudFiles (along with our extremely helpful moderators).

Gort, glad you liked the webcomic. It's one that I read on a regular basis, and I just thought that page was particularly appropriate for the situation.
With regards to what I'll be doing next weekend, and being serious, I'll probably be building cannons again - or helping my twin build one. One of us will end up building a cannon with some of the money from the birthday.
And schmanman, lower case I drives me crazy too.
If people made an attempt to clean up accidental double letters, sort the capitals at the start of sentences, use paragraphs, the lower case I and full stops, the forums would looks so much neater. (Not that I'm saying that everyone does it)
I wouldn't really care about the commas and apstrophes if the above were done.

Just even reading this post I've seen so many grammatical errors. Commas where they're not needed, capital letters after commas, commas in place of full stops. A lot of comma related mishaps. If you could get an anger boner...I would have one.

Are you complaining about my post?
There is one capitial letter after a comma in my post - and that is an "I" from "I'll" - which should be capitialised.
I have used no commas in place of full stops. And the comma quantity is fine. I may have placed a couple more than essential, but I try to make my posts easily readable.
As this is written text in place of speech then the added meaning from the commas is essential. Miss them out and it can throw the meaning and readability of the post.

While you're on the subject of petty grammatical errors you forgot to put a space either before or after that string of three dots.escape wrote:Just even reading this post I've seen so many grammatical errors. I don't care about non-functional symbols or where they're put in general as long as the actual words are spelt 90% correctly and its not just a solid block of text a screen long.
Paragraphs are good
Haha, not at all. If somebody like you makes a mistake, it's understandably a typo. However, if sumbobi kronikcly mispels or wateva... Thats when I feel I should kindly and calmly remind them of some basic english skills (Note my space after the ... )joannaardway wrote:Are you complaining about my post?
