If you made the wheels smaller...alot smaller you could make a dove-rail instead so the wheels fit inside the dove rail and when it fires the cannon doesnt blow up into the sky backwards like it did on the video.
you could make a stand for it, with very strong recoil springs, that way you could have it mounted
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

Why would he mount it on his car? So he can peel the roof off like a sardine can?
Set her in a nice and heavy wood stock, some iron sights, and I’d shoot it but not with a full charge, maybe one gram.
You need to blue it, how about a setting her in a heavy wood bed like the civil war era mortars

Make a mount on a shopping cart for it. Or buy a mini wagon and weld it to it.

if you sat in the shopping cart while it fired, you would go quite a ways.

About the 1" bore black powder rifle thing you said:
This video graced the UKSGC forums a while back, and you might find it good for reference. (I think it was "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" that originally found the link)
Turn down your speakers before watching as the sound is quite loud.
4 bore black powder rifle
For those who care, 4 bore is a little larger than an inch, at about 27mm (wheras an inch is 25.4mm)
So it's possibly best your friend doesn't fire the cannon handheld.

Novacastrian: How about use whatever the heck you can get your hands on?
frankrede: Well then I guess it won't matter when you decide to drink bleach because your out of kool-aid.
...I'm sorry, but that made my year.

I ran that thing like 10 times it’s funny that guy obviously doesn’t know how to take the recoil, nether do I, I’ve heard tell of people using them in elephant hunting, drops ‘em easier than just about anything, it’s possible to shoot one of those without needing two guys to ketch him, but the one I saw was nearly twice the size barrel length was at least as long as the guy shooting it and it hade a full length HEAVY wood stock, which helps tame the recoil. I’ve also heard tell of a guy using one in Quigley shoots, hit a steel target 5 feet tall by 3 feet wide at 500 yards with open sights.
Like I said give it a heavy wood stock and open sights and I’d shoot it, I’d take it deer huntin’

You'd have half a deer if you hit it with an elephant gun round.
HOLY SON OF A GOAT!
This thing is absolutly amazing.. you got mad skills. At first, when I saw the topic title with spelling mistakes... I told myself : oh no.. not another immature 15 year old that decided to do like Mythbusters and is going to kill himself pretty soon. But, as I see, it's really not the case.
Kudos on that
