could you kinda twist the inside sleeve in a way that the ball will rotate like a bullet shot from a gun?

well before flammers attack i'm sorry for bumping a 3 month old topic but i gota question cuz no1 is helpiong on mine.
how could i use a saw (idk wht kind so give an example) to cut a strait line down the barrel when i sleeve it and i don't know how far apart it should be. should it be the distance in the example? I'm using a 3" barrel and wana get it down to around 2.7-2.8? lol i just wanta sleeve it so its a lil slimer inside. how could i draw a strait line down the middle of the pvc without really messing up or curving off?

couldn't you mathmatically figure out how much you need to take off to make a perfect match?
