What I did was I put a piece of pvc in boiling water, waited till it got real soft, then I took it out quick, threw it on a flat piece of metal, put another flat, heavy chunk of railroad......rail on it and then sat on it. It worked really well and came out perfectly flat.

Why not fill a cake pan with lard, or if you prefer vegetable oil, place the piece of pipe to be flattened in the pan full of lard/oil. Place the pan full of lard/oil with the pipe in it into the oven at about 350 degrease keep an eye on it, when it starts to get floppy CAREFULLY take it out of the oven and flap it on a cookie sheet to flatten it out.
No clue if this’ll work I just thought it up and it sounded good as you don’t half to worry about the PVC burning.
Oh and about eating my friends and family, *cocks the hammer on Hawken* go ahead punk make my day, ain’t been turkey huntin’ in a coons age.
Edit:
I type to slow...

Ok instead of Pvc Im going to do it with fiber glass. So if I use a blow torch do you think I can melt and bend it? Its an old composite hockey stick so its like a mix of fiber glass and other strong materials.
