And if she does have a genuine emergency, how are you going to feel if the cops don't choose to respond?
Seriously, and one was an emergency call and the victim, a young girl, was never seen again.
We had a neighbour like this lady developing property next door, my mum called the cops non-stop but she had reason. Like they were dumping piles of soil on our driveway and we couldn't back the cars out.
After awhile the cops just talked to them both and said they can't keep on coming out, she (our neighbour) was going to have to be polite and what not.
