Aside from the igniter being placed in the middle of an end cap, the cannon being constructed from DWV and an 8 year old firing a cannon without direct adult supervision; the cannon is fired at, what you'd expect to be, the most mature person in the video.
I'm sorry I've let you all down

I note the only tag is "moron"
While it's great seeing what is presumably a father having a good time with his children, an opportunity for teaching responsible behaviour has certainly been lost...

A pair of antenna and some aluminum foil and the guy with the helmet can receive some more bright idea's from planet Zorcon...
MrCrowley, are you sure you want to accept responsibility for this guy?

Ummm, is shooting at living things against the rules?
Discussion of shooting anything at any person and/or animal is prohibited, and may result in a permanent banning of your account.
1. The exception to this rule is for proper use of legal airsoft and/or paintball markers.
Is there an exemption for moderators?

well........ that would be why spud guns are taboo.
I have to laugh at the fact that it takes the addition of PVC to make hairspray and fire dangerous in the hands of stupid people.

Read the rule. Being in the video is not the rule violation. Discussing that second target and posting a video of the forbidden target is the violation.
Personally, I think it's a great safety video. Learn from other's mistakes.
I even posted a copy of the rule.

I'm with jrrdw, not sure I would associate myself and all of NZ with this fellow. They probably saw something similar "on the internet" and may have figured it was the way things were done.
It's sad to watch even mature people who obviously haven't grown up in a gun culture break just about every rule of shooting in less than a 2 minute period.

The opportunity for teaching them swear words was however used admirably.
