It's hard to tell from the pic but it looks like your thubtacks are waaay too far apart. Try putting them together more.
So if you look at a cross-section of your bottle the thumbtacks look like this
\ /
You need the gap inbetween them to be just a few mm

wow, big chamber to barrel ratio! that's not bad or anything, though.

Sorry I havn't replied back...
The thumbtacks need to be close together so the spark can jump the gap and ignite the gas inside the chamber. I can't really tell from your pic if they are close enough or not. Try to get a pic of the inside of the bottle.
One wire from the sparker to each thumbtack right? Does the sparker work? Try putting the 2 wires coming out from it on ur finger and click it.
I made a mini combustion out of a pill bottle and the hardest thing to do was to get the sparks from not jumping to eachother outside the chamber and getting the fuel mixture right. You have to use a LOT less than you think you do.

Hey Spudmania!
The guys are right, the tacks should be much closer-in fact shoulder to shoulder or about 1/8" on the tips of the tacks. Next I would use any of the great air fresheners such as Oust or even a cheapy such as Glade. Experiment with the amount you need. Sometimes I have found more is
better contrary to normal practice. Just play around with the amount and
enjoy the pleasure of experimenting. I have a mini that will blow the socks
off some of my larger guns and I found it would use a lot more than was the
usual.
