What is your favorite ammo? My favorite ammo is PVC rockets, golf balls, and rocks. Paintballs are awesome because they spread just like a shotgun.
My mommy says im special.

My favorite ammo is golf balls, PVC rockets, and doggie food in dixie wax cups. The golf balls are my ultra-favorite though.

IM all about the potatos haha.

My grandpa told me when he was a kid, he would take some mud and put it into a napkin or papertowel. Pack it tight and put it in the gun. He said it works just as well as a potato, but its less expensive.

I've recently come into possession of a musket ball mold and can make lead shot for my air cannon. The ammo is 20mm in diameter and fits perfectly into my barrel.

The ammo weighs in at roughly 45g. However, due to some lead casting problems, the shot is actually hollow and should therefore weigh more when I perfect my lead casting skills :P

The ammo slightly flattened on impact with a steel sheet, after it had punched through a piece of 3/4 inch plywood that I was using as a target. However, I can recast the shot, which saves on lead.

I think you can buy these molds in some gun stores. I picked mine up from a car boot sale after looking through someone's second hand tools.

I'll post some pics if I can find my camera...

I've got an interesting variation on this ammo that I'll post in a couple of days when I've tried it out...

A plastic egg half filled with water will fly extremly far as long as you have a wad.

i prefer batteries or spuds, but im tempted about paintballs, is it safe to load a soud then just pile a bunch of painballs in after then shoot the spud wiht the paintballs? or is there some other way to do it?

no.va, if by safe you mean, safe to shoot someone. NO!!!!!!!111 you'll really hurt them because it'll be going at over 300 fps and that can crack bones. but for target shooting, yeah, go for it.

jrblast, dont use a PVC spudgun in cold weather, since pvc gets brittle and can blow on you

i dont think he's talking about shoot ppl, i think he's just talking about the well being of himself. i dont see a problem with shoving down a spud and pourin paintballs on it except maybe the paint balls might bust in the barrel, i doubt it though. i think that whould be a cool thing to see. try it. one thing though with my past experiance is that a ball spins in the chamber because it isnt rifles and that causes inaccuracyk but this is not to bad with on eball, but if i fire 2 or 3 at once they start all spinnin differently and start movin each other and then they just fire out the barrel like crazy, so dont expect good accuarcy from the paintballs
