My new pneu is a straight sort of one and has a 1" pope sprinkler valve on it. I have modded it with a blowgun straight through the middle. This model has a guide rod so i just ripped it out (As instructed by killa) and drilled through the middle where the guide rod would have been.

My problem is that when i trigger it all the pressure exits throught the blowgun and no pressure gets to the barrel... Is this because of the guide rod missing? If it is not why is it doing this and how can i fix it?

Here are some pics of the valve.

Take the rod, Bend one end into a small L shape.
Stick it through the original hole in the diaphram.
Bend the other end into a L shape to hold it in.

Music wire or something. You could just get a bigger pilot valve, that would probably work.
