You can't create polls if you have less than 25 posts, nor can you vote in them - you'll have to wait a while to be able to do that.

Spud bux are just some make shift money that you use to buy things like a signature and a bunch of other random stuff.

Almost completely useless, but you can get a few forum privileges with them.
Basically, if you get 300, you can get a signature under your post, and 1200 gets a custom title, and if you get 1,000,000 - you get to buy moderator skills! (kidding about that last one).
You can also "buy" your own Sgort, for 20000 a go, but they keep those in storage until you buy a mail box big enough to put it in.

You get the bux based on post length, up to 5 bux a post, and some daily limit I'm not sure about.
