Wow!! You have a super big tank there. Try getting an even longer barrel to give it even more power, like a 10-12ft barrel. Were did you get that tank?

That's a great looking gun! Would you mind telling me where you got that aluminum air tank?
what size threads does that tank have? I would have made it under-over, but nice gun

Nice!
Exept what is the rating on a Q.E.V. and blow gun?
I bilive the highest rated blow gun is good to 125 psi...
Dont take it higher than 200psi

Thats a beast!
i can always throw a ball valve on there its no big deal plus my compressor goes up to like 150 max and the qev im not too worried about below 200 psi plus going to 200 is only at my friends house and thats rare, the threads are 1/2 on the tank and it can be either i just need to unthread it and screw it back on but the way i have it makes it really easy to hold and fire.

That looks like a really cool gun. If that tank can hold 1000PSI, you should put a regulator right at the base and find someone with a powerful compressor*, and you can use it like a co2 tank. Just an idea though...
Otherwise thats a nice cannon you got there!
*My friends parents own a clothing manufacturing shop and have one that goes to like 100BAR, or something crazy high like that!

really good quote/phrase here

Why not just use a CO2 tank then, instead of filling a tank with compressed air? Or pressurize that tank with CO2 from a paintball tank.
If all you are using that gun at is 100-200PSI, then there are small fire extenguishers that work at like 150, and are tested up to 300. It would be a little lighter to carry.

Because he already has this tank and you cant pressurize it from a co2 because it needs the special fitting and thread then (which i guess he could put on maybe). I was just thinking of an idea how to optimize that tank, not get a whole new one! With this, you could get multiple shots if you created a semi-auto. But I see your logic, and I guess the fire extiguisher would be the most practicle for this cannon.[/quote]Spud yeti:

It looks kind of crooked, but aside from that, it's a pretty awesome gun.
