I'm not sure that's entirely true.
I think for me it's pretty even - I remember good and bad events equally well I think.

What a balls up of a post. What I actually meant was

It takes 10 good things to cancel a bad thing.

It's not techically remembering....it's more a case of how you feel. If one good thing and one bad thing happens to you don't feel 'normal' - you feel bad (until nine more good things happen to finally 'cancel' the bad thing).

Make sense?

Ah... that sounds more right. I'll have to think about that idea tonight.

Now, learning things like that makes me happy.

To be honest I can't see it being 10 - sounds abit too 'round' for me......but I can easily see it being more than a 1:1 ratio as it were....

Thats why you "un-round" it to 9.3 or something, sounds so much better. For example: There are 19.4 sheep to every human in New Zealand. You believed it because the statistic looked professional, even though the real statistic is 20!

You listen to QR as well? Randy Rhoads used to be the guitar player for them back in the seventies when they formed the band.
For you people that don't know him Randy is the dude in my Avatar.
