I made a dinky lil mini. It was a pill bottle, with a pen tube as a barrel, and the peizo sparker from an "Aim n Flame" handheld lighter. The wires led into the chamber, and I put a ton of hot glue around the wires, preventing the moisture from my fuel getting into the peizo. I dripped a few drips of Isopropyl Alcohol in through the barrel, then rammed an airsoft BB down the barrel. Clicked it, and PFFFFFFFPAP!! It hissed a bit, and then fired! The whole pill bottle lit up, and the BB blasted away. Awesome! I loaded it again, click... Click... Click... The peizo didn't work! So I got mad and threw it away. Any idea why it failed? I guess I'll get a lantern sparker for the next mini. Also, will Isopropyl Alcohol work good for a big combustion cannon?
Thanks!!
Argh!

the reason must have been (the only one i can think of) is the lack of oxygen in your barrel.
when your fuel combusts, it uses up oxygen. it has to have enough oxygen in the chamber to fire again.
if i were you, id go pull that think out of the trash, and open up the back cover and blow into it for about 15 seconds. then reload it, (with less fuel, try 1 drop.... no joke) and i garuntee it will work perfectly...........
