I just found this site yesterday and decided to make my own i made it today but i have not been able to test it yet
i have a 3/4" by 30" barrel and a 1-1/2" by 18" chamber
I plan on shooting paintballs ill update once i test it out hopefully tommorrow
pics bellow
My first pneumatic
Nice Basic Gun!
Looks like you also used all pressure rated fittings also. Nice job butting some of the joints together, but it doesnt look like that bushing going the chamber went in all the way... Good clean construction. BTW as always, Welcome to the Forums.

That Coupling isn't pressure rated, that's why the bushing didn't fit in. The sockets are significantly shorter on DWV than PW.
It's a nice gun, and I doubt that coupler will give you any problems as long as you keep it under 100 PSI.

i tested it today and it works great i dont have enough room to test distance but it was hittin my fence pretty damn hard from about 30 yards at 75 psi
i cut a little piece of pvc drilled a hole and did acouple of cuts and was ab le to make a lever on my valve so i can open it easier

i used to hammer my valve... the lever is a great attachment
if you have a o/u combustion launcher with a ballvalve for venting, a lever makes a great monopod

That is a nice launcher ! The ball valve handle, (cheeter pipe) is a nice touch. I haven't seen all the pics or post in here, but i think maby you just did a first?? Shoudn't you put some kind of stablizer/block/board in between the barrel and chamber to keep the barrel from bouncing around and cracking?
Drac your proably right, but that looks the right size for a pressure rated coupling. As long as your not using your gun in some serious combat, I dont think a stablizer between the barrel and chamber would be necessary. There often "tacky" looking. The reason is because people put there cannon together all nice then just slap a peice of cardboard and a shoestring for a stablizer. I havent seen to many nice looking stablizer, therefore I wouldnt recommend.
