Yeah great tutorial, class A stuff :P

The stuff on mythbusters, is proper sh|t I believe, like FBI grade I would say, they need to keep the results as realistic as possible.

Anyone see that episode of junkyard wars where they had to shoot balloons down? One team actually used 2 sprinkler valves on their air cannon, though a team of spudders from this site could of done ALOT better.

Nice, I'm going to have to try this.

As a sidenote:
Anyone see that episode of junkyard wars where they had to shoot balloons down?
Junkyard wars is appalling compared to the original UK program, "scrapheap challenge". I can't bear to watch it, so overbearingly American.

Yeah, i liked ScrapHeap challenge where has that gone? I used to get it in AUS. This is an example of what happened to The Office but both versions are good, British Office better though.( i mean in taking brits ideas and using them in US).

It works both ways however, Mythbusters for example is infinitely better than the similar UK show "Braniac".

the better way to do it (mkes it more like the FBI stuff) is to mix it while heating it and add cinnomon oil put it in the fridge for 2 hours then heat it again to 110 degrees then put it in the mold and let it sit over night. you can find better instructions by using google and searching "how to make ballistics gel"

You can get much more amusing results from balistic clay, but you can also use regular modeling clay. But if it' spenetration you want, balisics geltin is the way to go.
