Can you post a picture of the failure?

It is possible that the first failure weakened the chamber in some way that wasn't visually apparent. You did cut off the broken part from last time, right?

I would have thought that after an abs one blew up you would start using pvc, maybe now you will.

Ok so i've been looking everywhere trying to figure out how you get that ball valve on the endcap...what's the trick to doing so? Thats the only thing I need to know about finishing my gun.

It looks like he used a threaded male pipe adapter, not endplug. Seems like a pretty obvious solution to me...
