here is my idea for a check valve. i want to use it on a high pressure pump (like 200psi).

Looks like it would work but it also looks like it would be a lot of trouble. My local hardware store sells 1/4" npt check valves. It just seems easier to buy one.
Why not just buy one.
But when you still want to build it:
It will work and the design looks very nice BUT!!!
make very very sure the pipe is cut square and set 100% straight or it wont seal.

It is a local, one town, store called Well's Hardware. They have all kinds of weird fittings most have never even heard of.
