I downloaded it along with the other files and it doesnt work. Is this a Vista problem or what?

Component mschrt20.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
i downloaded all the files and extracted them all in the same directory.
Edited: I got that when i double clicked the application but when I right clicked it and clicked "run as administrator" it worked. weird.

Nah I got it to work in Vista. Just wouldnt work when I double clicked it for some reason. But it dont matter much cause most of this stuff on here is above my friggin head anyway.
