I like that damage to those cans,good feeling to see something you make rip something else apart with shear power.Might I suggest some shooting of large pieces of Improvised Ballistics Gel also known as cooking gelatin.
The 750fps might be a little optimistic but one of your pimpin ammo rounds at 750 fps weighing 3.5 grams has 93 joules of energy or 68 Ft/lbs in the old talk, and there is nothing wrong with that at all!

You can buy a cheap digicam for less than 100 dollars that will take compatible videos - however with your current camera you need to rip the files and convert them .avi files.
Have a look here, you need to download this application or similar. I haven't tried these myself so i might be talking out of my arse here but it would seem that this is the route you have to take.

...and it's avi video meaning you can upload it directly to youtube looking forward to some test shots, makes sure you have a good background and lighting, and if there's the possibility of ricochet i would strongly advise putting the camera behind one of those polycarbonate sheets

Not a bad suggestion with the Polycarb guard, today i was hit in the left upper arm by a "nail sabot", i always wear safety goggles and a face shield when firing though. My eyes are my life, anything else is a flesh wound
