Hmm, I'll admit to Level 19 having me a bit stumped as well.
I've tried all the... wait, there's a note in the source code.

EDIT: Seems easier past Lvl 20 if anything.

Yes. It's a simple Caesar shift cypher.

Russia seems the obvious one, that was the first country I tried. But it doesn't work.

Edit: Wow that sucks, I tried it without the capital 'R' and it worked.

Thanks Rag, I was simply substituting random letters before. I found a site that will even do it for you.

Blast, I spent time programming a VBA Excel Macro to do it for me automatically (although only a few minutes, I'm getting damn good with Excel now).
It even referred to Word's spell checker to check if it had the answer right.

Oh well, I'll be saving that spreadsheet for future occasions.

Again: Caesar shift - one of the most basic cyphers (not codes).
Look it up on Wikipedia if you need.

You'll need to work out by how many letters it's shifted though. Telling you would just make it too easy.

I'm stuck on 19 also, i've sifted through the source code but I can't find anything.

Is it well hidden Rag? You just right click and scroll down and click 'view source' right?

I'm pretty sure this has to be the fastest growing thread ever in the history of Spudfiles - 16 pages in less than one day
