3" Piston in a 3" Tee?

If he can hollow it out, put a cap on it. weight might be a problem

Aluminium is already pretty damn light, for a three inch piston, it would probably weigh the same as a hot glue 2" piston if it was machined right. Regardless of that, piston weight isn't that big of an issue anyway, as long as you keep it at a reasonable weight.

SCH40 3" is rated at 260psi Max 70-120 should be safe, Home Depot sells it, make sure you don't get SCH20 Drain its very thin (Lets be Save) I lucked out and was able to use SCH80 Tee's from left overs on a job at work and decided to do all of it in sch80. cost more but 3" is rated at 370 2" is 400. McMaster-carr has SCH80 u can find it online cheaper. If you need help just email me jimschouster@yahoo.com
