Seems like a good one to kick up though. :)
Just skimmed through the 6 pages and noticed noone had linked to Must be His video I was actually looking for that vid for ideas on a piston and bumper for my own brass design.

I have a 3/4" cast brass "T",
a 3/4-1/2" reducer coupling,
a 1/2" edit:x 2.5" nipple (threaded from inside) (perfect half-way position and adjustable),
a 3/4" close nipple (attaches reducer coupling to front of "T" and 1/2" nipple that will contain BFB fits inside to thread into 1/2" part of coupling)
a 1/2"-3/8" reducer bushing (threaded front of reducer coupling for magazine/ barrel attachment/ front of Blow-forward-bolt).
Planning on using another "T" below that and small brass chamber.

Also, I was trying to decide if it should fill on side of a tiny "T", pilot on right "T" and thread to back of piston/BFB housing ,
OR just fill into the front of chamber(???)
Looks like his does well filling on front of chamber though.

For testing I will probably use my fridge compressor and create a temporary pilot (trigger) using the top of sawn-off threaded type CO2 cartridge (epoxied to reducer bushing, back of 3/4" "T"),
and the top of my CO2 bike tyre filler (valve).
It will be 3/8" ID bore.
BTW, Later I will test a PB gun (with dummy cO2 cart.) for pilot, and get a semi or 3 shot burst one or maybe a use Drozd (sp.),if it works for the pilot. :D  8)
Awesome thread to "kick-up" IMO.

EDIT:  edited some measurements because all my parts are stuck together now...LOL...they'll get cut down, adjusted and fitted better, with less exposed threads anyway soon.
EDIT2:another vid! (piston looks like a sanded down garden hose cap(?)

u should make the chamber out of something else, like a fire extinquisher or something metal, so u can add more pressure
