ok so i just got a new job doing reviews and blogs for cell phones--- this is my 1st video review and i know i missed a few things but tell me what you think

Looks like it belongs on www.theopia.com and not here.
But I only watched 3 seconds of the vid.
You could shoot it with a spudgun though.
I like my virgin mobile cheap cell because I buy a plan,
then buy a $10 phone card from "STI"...get wayyy more minutes that way.
The one I have only works in USA.
I wanted to set up a spud party line type thing so we could all talk.
Anyhow, I hope you shoot yur phone soon.,
Or shoot it from something...then this post will belong here.(IMO)

I'm sorry, but the first thing that strikes me is that it doesn't have a very professional set-up. Camera all over the place, lots of pauses, unseen reviewer, and all done in one shot.
Set the camera on a tripod, and set up some lights. Write a test script in advance. Get in front of the camera - talk to your viewers.
Also, use more video editing. If you want to point out a particular button, port, etc - rather than pointing it out in the shot, cut to a still photo of the item in question. You can keep your voice going on in the background, but a clear photo is much better than something being held shakily and out of focus in a video shot.
Use some graphical stuff as well. Compare battery life and other features on a chart to other phones in the same price range with charts.
The content of the review is alright, but the presentation isn't very impressive.

ya i don't have my tripod or video cam at home so this is on my digi and as for the unseen reviewer it has to be that way per the boss-- he also wants to stay away from still shots all but the 1st one that he wants in the video because its him--- but yes i do need to write a script in advance
