I need a 25mm hole bored into a 40mm long piece of 50mm round stock (steel) that has a 9mm pilot hole... lol

Its a #35 sprocket

Oh..

No problems, I think I have a 1" drillbit (about 25.4mm there 'bouts)..will that do?

I have some hardened chromium plated tool steel which it could be done from, a bit above 2" diameter.. It would have to be annealed or it would (raep) my drill bit. Unless you have the steel already?

Edit: Well of course we 'aint posting this, are we? I dunno, you could drop by if you come through Williams some time (like on the way to Albany) or I could go there next time I'm in Padb. to see grandma..

Nah ive allready got the sproket mate just need the hole bored, ive gotthe shaft its going on aswell. We could make a day of it, go shooting aswell.

I like... I like a lot. I would love to have that at home but as it stands now I just go to work on a week end or during a lull in work and crank out what I need.
