Alternatively, we have a contribution from The Whiteboard. As I've said before, a very good webcomic that you lot would probably enjoy.

@JoergS: Bit confused myself as to why it doesn't strike your wrist - it looks like it should, but I suppose the slo-mo will reveal all.

Either way, pretty original.

Well, of course.

Still, some people automatically take you less seriously if you talk about zombies for reasons I haven't yet fathomed.

Reminds me of a "fight club" fight i saw about 5 years ago, a slim little chineese against a massive tall korean or else (can't see the difference too well...) And, the little one was dominating the big one. Big time. biggy finished convulsing on the ground XD....

To come back on topic, very nice little tool you've got here, and in case of a vampire atck, don't forget to change the CS gas to something like pressurized holy water ^^ . :D

Actually, the rubber DOES touch the hand. But not with the pouch, and also it is deflected easily and causes no pain.

Wanted to make a different slingshot this weekend.

The handle is made out of solid brass, polished, and the fork arms are stainless steel. Low profile and "handslap" protection is part of the design.

I like it very much! As there is no fork extension, the smooth round grip works like a self centering.

Not as mean as the combo one with the knifes, but really nice too.

Man that's beautiful! It looks though it might be a bit slippery? Does the forks flex?

Does this forum need a slingshot section?

The forks do not flex, it is 8mm stainless steel.

It is really not slippery! Feels nice, actually.

I bought a 50cm brass rod (25 mm dia) on ebay, 29 Euros. Good for four grips like this one.

Do we need a slingshot forum? I leave that to the admins. I will continue to contribute either way.

No, the handful of guys building slingshots could simply post multiple slingshots in 1 topic.
