Yes, Daniel seems to be a great guy. I was lucky!

I will send him a simple stainless steel slingshot, made for tubes. Flatbands are faster, but he is a beginner and needs to practice a lot. Tubes last much longer.

I will also leave the fork a bit higher and wider for him, easier to learn and less dangerous.

Will post a pic for sure!

According to the rules, you may not shoot at living creatures.
Zombies are (un)dead, so this is allowed. :D

I was concerned they may be considered the living dead. It does present a problem. Is the living dead, dead or alive? I hope you had a great Halloween.

"this is probably the most useless slingshot I've ever made"

The competition is pretty stiff :D Nice one, the slingshot equivalent of a captive bolt stunner :)

Not dead, not alive. Undead!
The rules prohibit shooting at alive targets, thus, as undead does not equal alive, this is allowed by the rules. :)

1st, the zombie should now be a part of all your video's. 2nd, did you get the idea for this one at the slaughter house? From the pneumatic spike?

What where the extra bands for? More power for harder headed zombies??? Lol.

Thanks for the kind words! I really did not think about the rules when I posted this. The vid is clearly a piece of comedy, I am sure the admins here do have a sense of humour (well, this thread still exists, a good indication).

Yes, it is my wife in the Zombie costume... I am a lucky man indeed.

The idea was taken from the Romero movie "Land of the dead", where one of the heroes had a spring loaded bolt shooter he used for closed combat.

The extra rubber is actually a true slingshot with pouch, so you can shoot with it. I thought that would be neat.
