Nominal bursting pressure is about 250 psi.
IF you wanted to ascribe a rating to it based on the typical saftey margains of PVC pipe, it'd be rated at 60-80 psi.
If you want to pretend you are nasa, fill it to 200 psi.
Of course, I doubt the manufactuer has the quality control that nasa does.
Personaly, I think I'd emulate the russians and keep a fair saftey margain, like 125 psi or so.
It's not a pipe-like ratio, but it's pretty safe.
Oh, and you might want to hydro test it to 200 psi, just to make sure.

I have ran 2L bottles at 125psi(8bar) many times and have only ever had one failure and that was with an old bottle but i have used the same 2L bottle for over 500 shots at 125psi(8bar) and had no problems
