Sorry I'm abit stressed right now My setup cost me abit of money and I dont want this to go to waste, thats why i didnt notice the link for pictures, anyway i fixed up the picture problem. Scroll up a bit and you'll see my piston.

PS. You have to show more by example than by word thats why I dont like when you explain to me in text, I like it better if someone edits my picture and puts arrows and stuff.

I can't really put all the arrows in because you only provided one picture from one angle but i'll do my best. Another tip: When in doubt, epoxy.
Except for the o-rings themselves, epoxy every piece on the bolt to one another. In these circumstances, metal on metal wont stop air from seeping through, so...epoxy.

It's really not that difficult: EPOXY EVERYTHING (except the o-rings)
Oh, and don't cover the entire sealing face in epoxy, make sure the area that seals against the seat is free of epoxy.

Ok thanks so much MrCrowey. I justed used up on my last few drops of 5 minute epoxy so I'm now starting my hunt for my dad's 10 minute.

EDIT: Winning! found dad's epoxy time to get to work! MrCrowley if you want me to take more pics of my Piston just ask i'll do it right away. :D

EDIT2: Btw Crowley, I have 2 smaller washers placed underneath where the O-ring sits, Is that alright or should i remove them? Heres a pic:

See the gap? The O-ring sits in-between there.

epoxy the hole bolt then thread the parts on to it so the air can't get by the thread. you can keep the small one that's fine.

Why does everyone use this 5-minute or 10-minute epoxy? I only purchase epoxy that takes more than an hour to cure because it gives me a bit of leeway when I'm putting the parts together. I can "paint" it on, heat it to lower the viscosity, etc.

You don't have to epoxy behind the rubber. The pressure of the washer in front of it being pushed back by the nut is enough to seal it.

Ah yeah that's true, I just generally do it to keep the sealing face in place. Sometimes they become deformed after awhile around the front washer that holds them.

So far on this piston there haven't been any problems with the sealing face. I haven't touched it since I originally made the piston and it's stayed solid! :D

Ok guys thanks for all the help. The epoxy has 100% cured so I went to test it....

It had a perfect seal on the barrel part but then another problem came. I shot the gun and air only came out of the pilot valve. I went through some tests until finally removed the air chamber and guess what? Air cannot pass around the piston to fill up the chamber. Should i cut notches in the washers or what? Please help me, this better be the last problem to be solved.

EDIT: This thread should be a Sticky. If your hot glue piston wont work, you come here! :D

You should cut notches in the washers that are on the barrel side of the o-rings. That will let the air into the chamber but not back through the pilot.

yes cut notches but only in the washer facing the barrel port
