The guy admit it on page 4:
The answer is:
The cock is the symbol for Frenchmen, because it's the only bird that manage to sing with both feet deep in shit.

I saw that it said he had 3 posts, one of which is that post, another is a post he made a little further down and then there's another post from a topic he created. I figured I had seen all his posts
Edit:

Haha me and my friends were doing that last week. If you open the window and hold a chip above the window slot, the seagulls will hover in the air outside the window trying to grab the chip without their wings touching the car. It's even better when there are more than 5 or so seagulls

Now for a completely off topic post. I found Costco has some 3 packs of 2.5 watt LED lamps. Having had some issues with energy efficient lights, I studied the pros and cons of several technologies.
Neither Incandescent or CF bulbs like to be cycled on and off often. In most of my house I have installed CF bulbs, but they don't last long in places like bathrooms where they are frequently switched on an off.
LED's in a test by Mythbusters show they survive frequent cycles.

LED's have an issue called Lumen Maintenance. This is where high intensity LED's fade in just a few thousand hours of use. I had an LED bulb in my bathroom as a night light, but is faded to almost no output in under a year in the bath with no window so it was on 24/7.
The best place to put LED's are where they get only a few hours a day of use. The package I picked up at Costco specifically states they should last 5 years. the catch is on 3 hours per day use. At 24 hours a day, that puts the life well under a year.
For energy savings, I put a set in one bathroom to test them against the other bathroom. I removed a 60 watt ceiling light and 3 40 watt bulbs over the sink. In replacing the total of 180 watts and replacing it with 10 watts, the bath is only slightly dimmer as these are not direct replacements for 40 and 60 watt bulbs, but the result is still bright and cheery.

I'm sure Australians with even the most rudimentary sense of proportion will not be the least bit concerned
We still want our proper jetpack though!
