I'm guessing that's just to compensate for the beaded epoxy so not that critical.dewey-1 wrote:What about the depth of 6mm hole?
Depends on the seasonbare feet or socked feet?

Can I get a estimate for the price on this. I need it .750" by 3" long. The back part has to stop the shell from going all the way through the pipe, so if you have a piece of sch 40 3/4" pvc, make sure it won't go all the way through.

If the grey parts could be pre-existing pipe, the rest could be machined relatively cheaply and the whole thing epoxied together.

This is for my shotgun project, so I need it to be safe to put pressure in, and not have to weaken pvc. I am going to try a version like that, but I would like to know if it can be made?

Anything can be made. I'm just suggesting you look for a way to make it easily and quickly with the minimum of machining, so that you can have it cheaply remember, materials are cheap, time costs much more.warhead052 wrote:I would like to know if it can be made?

A 12 gram CO2 capsule fits perfectly.warhead052 wrote:Ok, well any tips on what I should use that will fit in 3/4" pipe?
How many of these are you planning on purchasing?
Also, what's the calibre of the inner pipe?
What pressure do you need it to hold safely?
Mad Bull SS6 cartridges cost $13 each. I doubt anyone will machine, assemble, test and sell you a cart for less.

I need it to safely hold 200psi, the caliber would be 1/8" ID pex tubing (fits airsoft bb's like a tightbore barrel). As for how many, it would depend on how much it would cost to buy.

Using delrin/acetal parts, I would say $30 each assembled including schrader. Brass/steel/aluminium parts significantly more. I would consider the commercial item I linked to above before thinking about having them custom made.
