I've been thinking about the surface finish for the handle that I will use with jake's blade, I think a denser take on the "dimply" concept just might work...

Cheers guys, really happy with how this is coming along :) working on the firing mechanism, I've gone for a 5 point detent which should hopefully spread the load and make it a bit easier to trigger, as well as reducing wear on the "tail" section.

Amazing how much more quickly build logs get updated when you're not using epoxy :roll:

99 individual ball mill strokes, didn't take that long to be honest, the rotary table makes it easy - you just have to maintain your concentration because one wrong measurement and you can bin it - amazingly I got it right first time, though admittedly I did give it a go on the old knife body first.
