I still have to learn how to drive because im only 14. I can drive an automatic better that my 17 year old brother but i dont consider an auto really driving. But next year im going to be a ranch hand and i get to learn how to drive all types of things. in our family we arnt allowed to drive cause its WAY TO EXPENSIVE. My grandma gave me a camero but i could not accept it because when i could drive a 16 year old boy with sports car is really expencive.

in response to you professoramadeus, im about to turn 17 on august 28th, im looking to buy sportscar, all summer i worked 7 days a week and during the year, 4 or 3 days. I am currently going to look at a 3000gt from 96, beauty of a car. The reason its expensive is because car insurance companies would prefer not to have young drivers at all, but the law permits it so they do what they can to not issue insurance to younger people by jacking up the price. The trick is to put it under you parents name. As long as you are living with your parents, they have no way of knowing that you are not just "borrowing the car" if you were to get pulled over. Under my parents, a 3000gt is 580 a year without collision, 1000 a year with colloision. Under my name its about 5000 a year either way or something.

An allstar ass? I've been called many names...
Lets stick to the facts, the kid is obviously a liar, or a simple pic would be posted already.
Do you have any clue how rare/valuable/desireable said car is? More than your mommy & daddy's house is worth, so mind your own or your own will mind you. Now go play with some rusty spoons, boy.

Well.... i havent built the cannon for 7lb rounds yet, but I'm working on a steel
bodied barrel sealing 4" piston valve.
the body of the valve and the barrel are steel, but I might use hardwood for a
piston, it would be lighter than steel.

I still have some time to go before I can learn. My parents might buy my sis an old clunker, so we may have to end up sharing that. Unless of course, I get to use my dad's car. But I hope I don't end up with the minivan...

I drive a '99 Lexus ES300 with the engine from a 98 Supra (2JZ-GE) and 5spd auto. With intake, exhaust, and a chip, it makes around 260hp/275ft-lb torque. Enough to kick a civic's ass. I may add a Flowmaster exhaust kit and a 2JZGTE turbo kit when time/money allow. I just hate that it's front wheel drive

Edited - deleted the comments about the two minor accidents I've had. After reconsidering, the world doesn't need to know about my misfortunes and/or stupidities.

Anyone here into racing/drifting? Just curious.

Peace,
Pete Zaria.

PS - To the kid that owns the 69 Daytona: Post a pic. I don't believe you. For a young, unexperienced driver to be driving that car is *asking for trouble*.
