A check valve in your fill line seems like a good idea...would prevent venting ALL the air out if the relief valve opens.

Dam thats a really good idea, I need to find some now ill have a look at work.

"Why isn't he listening to some Korpiklaani?" :D

I wasn't much of a fan until I heard their latest album, definitely the best album of all time to have a drink to...though Happy Little Boozer from their other album would be the best song, IMO.

Most train horns I have seen operate on 60-100 PSI. They use the same air compressor that is used for the brakes.

Below is a pressure gauge of the air brake line on a running train. This gauge is located in the caboose. The engine has the compressor and has a resivour that is kept near 100PSI. The red pointer is the pressure in the on car reservoir. The black pointer is the pressure of the brake line. When the black arrow rises above the red, the brakes are released and the reservoir is filled. When the black pointer falls the reservoir is used to apply the brakes. In this photo the train has just come to a stop. When they were moving the pressure was about 90 PSI.

Edit. Located a photo of the gauge in the cab of the locomotive. The gauge on the right is the compressor pressure. The dual gauge on the left is the brake gauge. The red is the cab resivour pressure and the black is the brake line pressure.

Old one, I remember at 16 on any given Friday:

"What are we doing tonight?"

"Reducing the level of blood in our alcohol?"

"Good-oh."

On another note, this is one of the most amazing "because we can." moments I've ever seen:

I had heard a similar one before too, it was more funny in the context of who the band are and the songs they write.

I can't say much, except that I'm glad /k/ has some decent stuff.

Don't think I'll be getting an EX-F1, just wait until one of these comes down in price.

It's not often you get free money.

Even if I worked my way up to $3 a day, that's over $1000 a year. For free. :)

Free lathe, free chrony, free compressor, free tools. THANKS YOUTUBE :D
