Wait, my bad
Apparently you cut out the input, not like when I took my out of thw fridge. Do you have the original connection to the power source? If you do, you will find the same wires, just connect them back together. If you don't, just find one and connect them. Do you have more pictures?

you have to connect the two wires that when to the thermostat to trigger it to start you can put a switch their to turn it on/off, on my one it was blue and purple.

Oh so by switching it off powe is still going to it and your using the thermostat as the means of switching? I was going to make a bob with a female kettle lead in it and a switch to directly bleed it of power

Another double post
After spending lots of time on the compresser, and knowing that i have it right and even after changing all the wires for new ones and the kettle lead im using, i can now say the compressor just is not working It is not even making a single noise.
Anyone know if this is the relay or if the whole thing is buggerd? Waste of money if it was
Cheers.

Duhh it was mentioned like 10 times or soFirst, Check all 3 points against earth. Obviously you shouldnt get a reading on any.
Secondly, Take the 3 points of the compressor and measure between them. 2 of the readings should add up the 3rd so for example the 3 measurements you might get are 6 ohms, 5 ohms and 1 ohm, This is therefore OK as measurements 2 & 3 add up to the first.
Though that only checks if it is electrically 'OK'
