I'm in Northern Ireland, I've got a lathe. Hotwired is also in the UK but I don't know if he has a lathe/mill.
Don't worry, just cause I'm from NI doesn't mean I'm a terrorist

looks awesome! Can't wait to get the bolt, it looks so sexy, and it'll look great with the mag block you machined for me too. I'll definitely post pictures of this when I receive it.

I've got a rough sketch of a part I may need machined in two parts out of aluminum, a is .68", b is the OD of 3/4" CPVC, and c is a 3/4" NPT thread

Any rough estimates for machining in the us?

That part is impossible to machine. It could probably be cast with some effort.

The part colored in blue is in the way of that angled part.

How are you going to join the halves together?
You could do this for a single block...

That may work, but I want it to be a nice clean slope for my ammo to travel up. I can simply glue or hose clamp the halves together

you could just have it a bit wider and but a few bolts to hold them together.

What do you want making ? Don't own any equipment but do generally have access to it.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, but I'll be drawing up a formal drawing once I get a quote on how much it will cost from a local (US) machinist
