Look what arrived from the mail today :P
This my new Hill mk3 pump :D cost me 210 euro plus shipping  kind over priced as it´s just some pistons and check valves
Anyway, the pump it self looks good and solid, pretty heavy too. But it didn´t come with the filling plug(basically a paintball quick connection)  neither the moisture filter mounting  so I need to buy/machine a male filling plug and machine the filter mounting as well so I can connect my own filter+regulator(for input air, faster charging) , as I won´t buy the moisture remover pack(some plastic parts and a plastic bottle for 70 euro plus shipping!? hell no!)
Sorry for the photos, I´m not used to my new camera yet.

best-fittings sell them to anywhere I think, and their pump has the moisture remover and filling plug. To Portugal it was 25£ shipping. Quite a good deal actually.

Nice purchase :)

Do you really need the moisture filter? What spudgun lasts long enough to rust anyway ;)

Looks like it's just a container with silica gel or similar desiccant that goes over the inlet holes...

The moisture doesn't really harm the pump, it's constantly being coated with lubricant oil/grease by the movement of the piston anyway. What you want to avoid is moisture in the air condensing inside the chamber as the air is compressed.

Actually I don´t care much about the water, but dust. Right now there isn´t any filter against dust from entering the pump and without the moisture filter mount I can´t add a filter neither, unless...epoxy :?

yeah its probably to stop your air rifles chamber from rusting and to keep dust out.
