Sorry sandman about the delay, had some very. very bad luck when completing your order. First blade cracked during the quench, second one said PLING when i was fitting the bolster. Im just glad that the way i make the handle is pretty big stress to the blade so if the blade has even a small crack somewhere it will say PLING during the making. After all those failures, i decided to make something stronger. Result is 93mm long blade, that has a thickest of 6mm, and widest of 17.5mm. Almost mirror polished spine to make it stronger, bolsters are whopping 7mm thick, and the handle is walnut as you wanted.

SO full specs:

- Blade: Bohler k560 about 58-59hrc, 93mm long, 6mm thick and 17.5mm wide.

- Handle : 7mm bronce bolsters, few pieces of leather and piece of walnut. About 10.7cm long

This knife is the best i have ever made, i managed to profile the handle so that it fits perfectly to a big hand, but also to smaller hand. made the same palm swell again. Here's some pics, they don't do the justice but hey, your going to see it with your own eyes soon

You said earlier that the blade is differentially tempered, can I strike a fire steel on the spine still?
Yeah, it's that important.

I polished the spine to almost mirror shine (yeah its quite round) and the blade is differentially hardened. I'm not sure if its possible because of the roundness, doesn't really have sharp corners. I don't want to scratch it, spend over one hour polishing it, but you can if you see it necessary :D

The polished back looks neat and it actually upps the blades"breaking" strength. I have done some testing, and blades with polished spine could take much more before they cracked, when compared to blades which had a forged spine that was not sanded. As i understood your going to do some hard work with this puukko, i wanted to make it strong.
