<div align="center">AK RIFLE
This is my first cannon I decided to make a riffle and change it around a lil i basically followed the instructions from http://members.aol.com/sph911/spud/sniper.html but changed it around a bit i releaised that the 9 volt batteries werent lasting long at all i went through 9 while testing and only got to fire 3 shots and their so i attatched a 12v rechargable elecrtic drill battery and worked great so i hooked it up to a switch
i also made a cilencer by drilling holes 6 inches long i made 4 rows all evenly seperataed and drilled wholes one under the other then i wraped pillow foam very tightly around the 6" drilled barrell 4-5 layers then i wraped it real tight with tape and filled the rest in with more pillow foam and sealed lid with a lil bit of the tip coming out no wholes on end tip
this was the original riffle i made i didnt glue it then decided to change it to wat i showed u
i have more pics of assembly and other designs i made b4 gluing it i will be more then happy to post you pics and info iam happy to share waht i know although there is still plenty for me to learn
those whising to comment on my gun please do as i need to know if i made any mistakes in order to learn from them do u think the 12v might damage the valve in any way please reply wth som info

thanks
its basicaly finished i painted the wooden frame i just have to sand everything but the barrel to paint it a flat black which looks much better and realistic than the 1 i previously usued i made the air chamber is 50mm and just abit longer than 16" and the barrel is 3/4" and 25 inches long i shot it at 20-35 psi and went 30-50 meters with a metro gumball
but by hand i cant seem to pump it further than 40 what do you think???????
could my airchamber be too small if i use a aircompressor and pump it further will it bust!!!!!!?
please help me on this becasuse iam not sure if it can take any more wen reaches 40psi seems to be full of pressure and pump handle wont go down
thanks people apreciate it

Well look at the psi rating on your pipe. It is pressure rated right? What ever pressure it says on the pipe I would stay a little under but you can get almost all the way up to it without it bursting. You probobly can't do it with the bike pump because bike pumps aren't very good for this they don't allow you to put a lot of pressure into something because on a bike you only need a little. Use an air compressor and pump it up, but I wouldn't get any closer than under 40 psi of the limit.

Hi this is phil. Did U use them stoppers for your potato gun? If u did use the stoppers in the plan on the website "http://members.aol.com/sph911/spud/sniper.html" Hit me up n tell me what stoppers u used plz. thx or email me at NYCzPHILIP@yahoo.com
ok, listen dude, you posted the same post 4 times, i know because i went thru and deleted all but one, thers no need for that, just ask your question once, in one topic,
if by stoppers you mean a filler to close off the stock area from the chamber,
if you built your gun correctly with all NSF-PW parts, and pressure rated pipe, and solvent welded everything together properly, you dont need stoppers, it should hold the pressure as long as you did everything right

alright, i dont really know what you would use, but i'd try filling it with epoxy or JB weld, also you could put a T on the end of the chamber, and have the top leg go to the valve, and on the right leg put a reducer, but sand off the stop, and put the pipe going to the stock thru, then put a cap on it inside the chamber to seal it off, you could to that above where the pipe connects to the valve too

for a stopper on 3/4" pipe try using a nickel........i think its about the right size and it should be pretty strong
yo BC Pneumatics,
its all good in all, but i ask one thing of you and sorry for being such a pain, can you find me an understandable process, nicely simple, or if you can, i would greatly appreciate it if you have a video on how to make a Pneumatic cannon, its because im better off looking at something and doing the process, instead of reading boringly through without any understanding, sorry for the inconvience.
thanks very much dude
if you would like to send me the video, my msn address is:

thanks for your consideration
