This is my second successful pneumatic gun. Although it is quite small, it is very powerful. I made some steel bullets for it on the lathe at school last year and it could hammer straight through my shed and out the other side. I broke the rules.
Since the prices for the parts over here is ridiculous, this small gun cost me about AU$120. It's made out of PN 18 (means it can hold 18 bar) parts all the way, couplers and pipe, so i don't think it'll be blowing up any time soon like Trinity did (see combustions).
the chamber is It's a modified sprinkler valve for the actuation, I done a S#!t job on it though because it was the first one I ever made, but it does work fine, I just have to pump up the sprinkler valve before I pump up the chamber.
I'd love to hear any feed back for it, the barrel is short, but thats because my mate snapped it, and i had to cut it :x

P.S I have a video of my combustions and some bombs I made last year on ebaumsworld.com under the URL http://emuse.ebaumsworld.com/watch/13374 Please check it out and rate it for front page, much appreciated.

The Barrel is 3/4 inch but i have another barrel that's 3 times as long as the one on there now, and it shoots d size batteries. As you can imagine, it can't shoot the d batteries for sh!t, probably because the chamber is too small.

You know, shooting your friends with highpowered pneumatic guns isn't usually one of those things you just do every now and then. I'd be seriously pissed if I was this "Emmett" guy.
Pretty good for a first pneumatic though.

yer break.com keeps deleting it, and Emmett is fine because the projectile wasnt air tight enough to do any serious damage, (it was a palm tree nut) just a big bruise.
