Your going to have trouble finding 35mm pipe,your best bet is 1 1/4" which is 32mm. Even then depending on what country you live in it can be hard to find exactl what you need in 32mm pipe,I say go with 40mm.

just remember to use pressure rated pipe and make sure you only use fittings that say nsf-pw on them.

Its of my personal opinion that if you are unsure how to construct a simple pneumatic cannon you are unfit to have one. Understanding the basic build tecniques is essental to being able to use one of these weapons. Yes weapons because even a small inefficent cannon can be deadly.
I apologize for sounding Rude but safety is often overlooked.
