First post but far from my first cannon. Hope you like it. PEX tubing chamber with coke bottlecaps closing each end of the tube (the mouth of the bottle was cut off and fits around the PEX, both caps screw on and off) one for the vent one for barrels. Piezo ignition, and bic pen barrel. Very sturdy construction everything is an extremely snug fit. I fuel it with a modified lighter, i removed the top of the lighter and spun the flame regulator to allow for faster release of butane. Also attatched rubber tube to the nozzle so i can be sure the fuel goes into the chamber. At the setting i have 2 seconds is the perfect fuel ammount. Using this method its very hard to flood the chamber with fuel. This thing fires more consistantly than my full size combustions. Also I have attatched a damage pic of my leg which was shot with a paper spitball. Ouch!

That is pretty cool. Nice little cannon to dink around with.
I really like how you managed to find that the pex fits snugly inside the bottle openings- that makes it very accessible and more like a true mini.

Pretty sure I got the PEX from Home Depot. It's 3/4 inch but you have to sand it down a bit so it fits, then use a rubber mallet to push it all the way in.

It's extremely tight. As I said I had to sand the ends down slightly and use a hammer to get them to slip on.

ok uhm... i tried to make one today and yesterday. i say tried because its actually not that great itsself. I couldn't find any PEX at home depot so i used this 1/4 inch pvc, which was ok but I think i just messed up the c:b ratio... just needs some tweaking...
