spudthug, while it is a crazy cool cannon, it's not all that innovative. piston valves, and that configuration were already done /w/ other cannons.
yea i figured that... i didnt know what to invent though as i was in the process of building this when hte news of the contest came up...and i had already spent like $150 on it so i decided to just enter this as my comp gun...darn.. i thoguht i might of had a chance for like 3rd place or maybe 2nd...
althoguh in the pneuamtics section there isnt really that many inventive ones..chaoses isnt really inventive and neither is that sniper amr or the other ones....except revosemi...thats cool i think it may win..

what kind of copper did you use? is it L or M? its a nice gun by the way, i like the valve for some odd reason.....

sorry r mich i was going through and i looked at ur edit
EDIT: Well of course you soldered it... but most people are not able to solder multiple 1.5" fittings with a propane torch with an economy pencil torch head. Did you use MAPP gas, acetylene, a swirl flame torch head, etc?
i used an oxy acy torch to saolder the whole gun

nice gun , it kind of reminds me of the paintball gun MrCrowely built a few months back. But it's not exactly the same.
